NOTE: DO NOT TRY TO SAVE the form you are entering the data into. If you do not have a full-version of Adobe Acrobat (would be a paid copy that also allows you to create interactive PDFs), the data you entered WILL BE LOST if you try to retrieve it at a later time.  It will allow you to save the document, but the data you entered will NOT BE SAVED with the document, ONLY the blank form.
