2011 State Application for Eligibility under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
The Nevada Department of Education has developed an application for eligibility to receive federal special education funds during federal fiscal year 2011 (state fiscal year 2012) in accordance with requirements established by the U.S. Office of Special Education Programs. The Department will accept written comments from the public regarding the application from March 4 through April 4, 2011. Written comments should be directed to: Ms. Rorie Fitzpatrick, Director, Office of Special Education, Elementary and Secondary Education, and School Improvement Programs, Nevada Department of Education, 700 E. Fifth Street, Suite 113, Carson City, NV 89701.
