Overview

Maintain the State GeneralFund of $5 million($2.5 million in each year) over the biennium to assist in schoolimprovement efforts. These funds will be used for contracts, schoolleader professional development, performance management assessment, data driveninstructional practices, staff incentives, and other services targeting studentachievement in the lowest performing schools. The funds will provide a path to successand sustainability.
