Emergency Operations Plan Notice of Completion

The Emergency Operations Plan Notice of Completion must be posted on your school/district website.

By completing, signing, and posting this notice of completion to your school website you are meeting the requirements outlined in NRS.

Notice of Completion 2024-2025

Public - NRS 388.249 (4) Each public school shall post on the Internet website maintained by the school a notice of the completion of each review that the school committee performs pursuant to this section.

Private - NRS 394.1688 (3)(a) Post a notice of the completion of each review and update that is emergency operations plan development committee performs pursuant to subsection 1 on the Internet website maintained by the school.

Once it is posted on your website please notify DOE by E-mailing OSRLE@doe.nv.gov with subject line “NOC posted” and attach a copy of the NOC.
