Resource Spotlight: Nevada’s Family Engagement Framework

Nevada’s Family Engagement Framework: Birth through Grade 12 (Framework) provides educators, schools, districts, and community members a shared approach and definition for family engagement. It can serve as a valuable resource in family engagement planning efforts. The Framework is based on research and evidence-based practices and strategies in family engagement. It also emphasizes the need for educators to build authentic relationships with families. The Framework is a living document and will be consistently updated to reflect the most up-to-date family engagement strategies, practices, and research.
