Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Nevada Statute, public agencies must make due process findings and decisions available to the public after deleting any personally identifiable information (PII). Nevada also publicly posts state complaint reports after PII has been removed; however, if a state complaint report includes content that may identify a student even with PII removed, the case will not be publicly posted.
