The Nevada Family Engagement Guide has been updated to better reflect the needs of families, educators, and community partners. The Family Engagement Advisory Committee met regularly during 2024 to provide feedback on the components of the framework. We are very appreciative of their commitment towards this effort.

The Nevada Department of Education partnered with Ohio State University to provide an efficacy beliefs survey. This survey will be taken by licensure applicants in need of taking a parental involvement and family engagement (PIFE) course for licensure. Data from this survey will assist in evaluating PIFE course content in real-world applications.
