Questions about K-12, HSE, and Vocational Transcripts

Please note that the Nevada Department of Education does not retain records for public school or charter school transcripts; please contact your school district to request these records. We also do not retain records of trade or technical school transcripts; please contact your school or the Commission on Postsecondary Education in the event the school has since closed, to request these records. The Department does not retain records for high school equivalency exams such as the GED; these must be requested via Diploma Sender.
