Federal law requires that any amendment made to the Nevada Consolidated State Plan be open for a 30-day period of time prior to the submission to the U.S. Department of Education to allow for public comment concerning the document. In accordance with this requirement, written comments from the public will be accepted from April 1, 2025-April 30, 2025.
